Wayne has been in solar for almost 4 years and joined the Hot Purple team in 2020. He comes from a family of electricians and carries 10+ years of electrical experience himself. Wayne joined Hot Purple because he wanted to continue to work in the solar industry but wanted to stay local in contrast to the prior national company he worked for. As an electrician assistant, he is working on learning the ins and outs of Hot Purple’s battery storage installations to eventually start installing batteries himself.
