Elijah recently joined Hot Purple after being referred by another crew member. Prior to solar, Elijah worked in construction, framing homes. Albeit for a shorter period, he was also a member of the Renewable Energy Academy (REAL) program in High School like several other crew members, until he transferred schools. As someone who has always enjoyed building things, Elijah made the choice to join the solar industry to learn new skills and grow in what he believes can be a long-term career.
