David joined Hot Purple Energy in 2020 after discovering the company through the Renewable Energy Academy of Learning (REAL) program at a local high school. Through this program, HPE provides internships, career support, and more. Along with his knowledge from REAL, David also brought valuable hands-on experience from installing solar panels in underserved communities with GRID Alternatives.
David’s kind demeanor and willingness to help made him an ideal leader for our cleaning crew, setting the standard for our newer employees on service expectations.
